With your resubmitted manuscript please supply a cover letter with an itemised list of responses to each recommendation made in the peer review report. You must include a detailed response to each recommendation.
You must respond to all recommendations made in the peer review report. Failure to respond may lead to permanent rejection of your submission.
In exceptional circumstances it may be impossible to do so; in that case provide reasons in your letter of response.
Preparing a revised manuscript
We strongly recommend that your revised manuscript is marked to clearly indicate each change made in response to the peer review report. In Microsoft Word use the track changes function. In PDF files Adobe Acrobat X Reader can be used to highlight and comment on specific text with the same outcome.
How will your resubmission be processed?
Your resubmission will be checked by Libertas to ensure that all files have been received. It will then be sent to the Editor in Chief or Associate Editor. An editorial decision will be made within 7 days. If deficiencies are found in your responses to the peer review report your submission may be returned to you for rectification. Please note that your paper may be rejected at this stage if you consistently fail to rectify deficiencies.

All authors are surveyed after their articles are published. Authors are asked to rate their experience in a variety of areas, and their responses help us to monitor our performance. Presented here are their responses in some key areas. No 'poor' or 'very poor' responses were received; these are represented in the 'other' category.
