Dr Kerstin Rolfe is a Group Leader in Tissue Regeneration through the Restoration of Appearance and Function Trust (RAFT), Mount Vernon Hospital, in the UK. She is also an Honorary Lecturer on the subject at University College London. Prior to this she was a Project Leader in Skin Regeneration at RAFT.
Dr Rolfe has published a number of papers of various aspects of regeneration and healing of skin and tendons. She is a member of several organizations including the European Tissue Repair Society and the European Society of Dermatological Research. Her research interests include the gene and protein expression involved in scarring and healing of tendons and skin.
