Authors of papers that appear in Evolutionary Bioinformatics are encouraged to submit feedback on the process of publishing with Libertas. We ask authors to share their thoughts with us so we can inform others about what it is like to publish with Libertas.
We welcome endorsements, comments, opinions and criticisms relating to the author’s experience publishing in our journals, and any other aspects of our professional service.
Our goal is to make the experience of publishing with Libertas the best it can be. We value authors’ opinions because they help us identify the strengths and weaknesses of our production process. We ask authors for feedback as they know best what publishers can do to make the process as efficient and enjoyable as possible.
Future customers and returning authors benefit from the feedback that we get from authors, as we modify aspects of the production process based on the testimonials we receive.
A recent testimonial from an author in Evolutionary Bioinformatics: "The team at Evolutionary Bioinformatics were fantastic in everyway. They were very accesible and helped with all aspects of getting the paper published in a timely fashion. The immediate online help option avaliable through the website is a great option."
It is encouraging to know that authors enjoy and appreciate this aspect of the publication process, and that we are achieving our aim of making the overall process as smooth and efficient as possible.
