Libertas Academica encourages academic research institutions and departments, corporations, funding bodies and societies to become members of our new institutional membership program.  Institutional membership offers these benefits:

• Reduced administrative delays prior to publication of each paper and faster publication

• Discounted article processing fee

Terms

• Membership fee is due on acceptance of the first article submitted by researchers affiliated with your institution.

• Only authors affiliated with the institution may make use of the institutional membership.

• Article processing fees are deducted from the pre-paid membership fee less the discount offered.

• There are no additional hidden costs or joining fees.

• Credit is carried over until it is used up from year to year.

• Institutions will receive a statement of their credit remaining twice per year.  

• Institutional membership fees are an advance on article processing fees which cannot be refunded and can only be redeemed on publication.

• The minimum fee is US$3,300 and the greater the membership fee the greater is the corresponding discount to members of the institution.  

• Each application to use the institutional membership discount will be verified by Libertas Academica with a designated institutional contact person.

• US$3,300 (5% standard article processing fee discount)

• US$5,100  (10% standard article processing fee discount)

• US$6,700 (15% standard article processing fee discount)

• US$10,100 (20% standard article processing fee discount)

• US$13,500 (25% standard article processing fee discount)
